Zscaler is currently investigating reports of an issue with its Hyderabad I datacenter. We are investigating periods of slowness, connection timeouts and/or increased latency. Zscaler is prioritizing this issue. We have identified the root cause and are actively working to isolate and remediate it. Internal monitoring indicates the service has stabilized for now, and we will continue to monitor while we implement a permanent fix.
