I started my fat loss push thinking ~15 pounds of fat would have to go.
Maybe I'll be shredded in time for my brother's wedding.
Nah.
FIFTY pounds later I was as lean as I cared to be.
The takeaways here are simple:
1. You might have more fat to lose than you think.
2. There's no way to know how much you'll need to lose
You just have to get started.
Shoot for 10% of your total bodyweight as a start.
Then reassess. Take a little break. Go for more after if you want.
