Customer Impact: Due to an issue with URL categorization, websites are being miscategorized. This mis categorization is leading to disruptions in policy enforcement that may impact user access.

Zscaler is investigating an issue affecting URL categorization in our Chennai II, Chennai III, Singapore IV, and Singapore V datacenters. This issue may lead to miscategorization of websites, potentially resulting in  websites being incorrectly blocked. We will continue to provide updates here as the investigation progresses.
