Zscaler is investigating an issue affecting the Hyderabad I data center. A small subset of users may experience intermittent slowness, connection timeouts, or increased latency when their traffic lands on the impacted service edges. Root Cause:  We observed abnormal traffic affecting a single Service Edge, resulting in intermittent performance issues. Mitigation has been applied and full functionality has been restored.

Zscaler is prioritizing this issue. We have identified the root cause and are actively working to isolate and remediate it. Internal monitoring indicates the service has stabilized for now, and we will continue to monitor while we implement a permanent fix.
