San Francisco IV Datacenter Issue
Customer Impact: Customers might have experienced connectivity issues when forwarding traffic to the San Jose IV datacenter. Also, the Admin UI and Mobile Admin Portal would have encountered a short-lived inaccessibility issue.

Zscaler has detected an issue with its San Francisco IV datacenter and is currently investigating the matter. If you’re currently experiencing any traffic impacting issues please failover to your secondary DC or any other alternate DC. For more information, please refer to the following support article.
