SSPA 2023-III-2FC Fair Oaks Business Park – On April 11, 2023, the Board of Supervisors (Board) authorized the consideration of a Plan amendment for Fair Oaks Business Park (SSPA 2023-III-2FC) for 3949 Pender Drive and 11208 and 11204 Waples Mill Road, [Tax Map Parcels 56-2 ((1)) 74B and 57‑1 ((1)) 10 and 23] to consider an option for residential mixed use. The amendment considers up to 706 multifamily and stacked townhouse units, 77,000 square feet (SF) medical office, and 20,000 SF of retail use, up to a 1.2 Floor Area Ratio (FAR). This Plan amendment is concurrent with a rezoning application (RZ 2024-SP-00011/SEA-83-P-071-03).
