| Zscaler Client Connector Authentication Issues on macOS Tahoe 26.2 Beta Status: In Progress Event Type: Informational Apple released macOS Tahoe 26.2 BETA on November 12th, 2025. Zscaler has tested and verified that Zscaler Client Connector cannot authenticate with an IdP with the default embedded browser and authentication fails with a “Frame load interrupted” error. To avoid disruptions and prevent authentication failures, Zscaler does not recommend upgrading to the macOS Tahoe 26.2 BETA release for production deployments at this time if the default embedded browser is in use. Who is impacted? Customers running the macOS Tahoe 26.2 BETA release and using the embedded browser within Zscaler Client Connector to authenticate to their IdP are impacted. Impacted users are not able to authenticate with their IdP when using Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and ZIdentity. When are the updates scheduled? Zscaler is actively working with Apple and is planning to release updates for Zscaler Client Connector v4.3.1, v4.5.0 and v4.5.2 which resolves this issue on Nov 19th, 2025. What are my next steps? Zscaler recommends that customers using the embedded browser for authentication do not upgrade to macOS Tahoe 26.2 BETA at this time. No action is needed if users are running the GA macOS Tahoe 26 releases or running macOS Tahoe 26.2 BETA and using Browser-based Authentication. Customers who have already upgraded to Tahoe 26.2 BETA can either wait for the upcoming Zscaler Client Connector release which will include a fix for this issue or rollback to the macOS Tahoe 26.1 GA release.
