Hi Iza!
This is my first week back in
the office after a three-week break, and I'm genuinely proud of myself.
Not because I answered a mountain of emails or ticked everything
off a to-do list.
But because I completely reset my daily
rhythm, movement, stillness, and journaling, I've actually stayed committed
to it.
It's only been a week, but it feels like a powerful
beginning.
One of my bigger intentions this year is to stop
doing things the same way I always have.
Take exercise, for
example.
In the past, I'd go hard jogging, heavy weights,
pushing through. And honestly? At this stage of life, that's not always the
smartest approach.
So now my commitment is simple:
That's where Qigong has come in for me.
These are gentle, intelligent movements that:
This isn't a workout.
It's a nervous
system reset.
And yes, it's also beautifully anti-ageing, which
I am 100% here for.
So my invitation to you this year is
this:
What if you didn't try harder… What if you did
things differently?
What if you mixed things up, stayed curious,
and allowed new (and better) ways of nurturing your mind, body, and soul to
show up?
Just a thought.

P.S. If you'd like to add smarter
movement into your week, I highly recommend these 5 virtual live
trainings led by Tristan Truscott, who used
Qigong to heal himself after five years of debilitating back pain.
You'll explore:

All designed to reboot your nervous system and bring your energy
back online.
BONUS: When you register, you'll
also get instant access to Tristan's 10-minute Gentle
Restorative Qigong routine (normally $127 - yours free).
