The faster you can learn this, the quicker you will get in awesome shape.
Anything will work if you do.
Sure, some ways of going about it are smarter than others.
But even the dumbest workout and nutrition plans can get you lean if you stick with them.
So when you decide you want to do 75 Hard and mess up on day 8 and throw in the towel, you can't blame the program for not helping you lose weight.
You can pay a trainer, buy all the fancy food, and spend hours in the gym.
But until you focus your effort into making SOMEthing work...
Your body won't change.
