Netflix is considering revising its cash and stock offer to an all-cash bid to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery's studios and streaming businesses, according to sources. The reported revision comes as Paramount Skydance intensifies its efforts to promote its own $30-per-share all-cash bid, including a lawsuit to force WBD to disclose more financial details about the Netflix deal.
