The Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) is seeking community input about a proposed site plan at 4420 Fairfax Drive also known as The Spire at Fairmont . You're invited to review project materials and provide comments online during the engagement session which will run from January 15 through January 25, 2026.
This feedback window will focus on all site plan topics, including: Land Use, Policy Guidance, Site Design, Architecture, Transportation, Parking, Loading, Open Space, Tree Canopy, Landscaping, Stormwater Management and other topics.
