Campfire Saturdays - Stargazing
Enjoy a stroll along the lake shores, and learn about constellations and their stories. Telescopes will be available. The program will end with s'mores around the campfire. Registration is $12.

Winter Bird Walk (8 - 9 a.m.)
Take a hike through the woods to listen and look for Riverbend Park’s winter avian residents and migrants. Find out what birds do to survive the winter weather. Feel free to bring your own guides, binoculars and spotting scopes. Registration is $8.
LEGO in the Library (10:30 - 11:30 a.m.)
Join other kids who love building as much as you at Great Falls Library. We'll provide the LEGOs and you provide the imagination. For children ages 4-18.
Author Visit: Sylvia Reyes (11 - 11:30 a.m.)
Join local author Sylvia Sierra Reyes at the Lorton Library for a reading from her new book, "Let's Count to Five." Children can enjoy coloring activities with the reading.
Stories from Tudor Place: A Historic House and Garden (2 - 3 p.m.)
Explore the layered history of Tudor Place at John Marshall Library in Alexandria. Tudor Place is a historic property in Georgetown that preserves the stories of Martha Washington’s descendants and the enslaved individuals who lived and worked there.
Workhouse Military Arts Initiative (2 - 3 p.m.)
Join us at Kings Park Library in Burke to learn about the Workhouse Military Arts Initiative. This program empowers the military community with expert-led classes, family workshops and open art studio sessions.
Skate and Dance Night: Sports Jersey Night (6 - 9 p.m.)
Enjoy skating, dancing and music at the Franconia Rec Center. Wear your favorite sports jersey, bring your own skates and be ready for a night of fun. Registration is $10.
