My Weekly Recap January 18th, 2026

Lately, I've been genuinely enjoying my renewed commitment to my health practices.

Not in a rigid, all-or-nothing way… but in a curious, “what if I did this differently and more fun?” kind of way.

Just this week, I discovered a hike that leads up to a hill with the most beautiful vistas of the area. Somehow, in all the years Bert has lived here, he'd never taken that path before so it was new to him too. Standing up there, taking it all in, I felt both grounded and inspired and it sparked something in me. I've decided I'm going to start seeking out new places to hike, new views to experience, new ways to move my body that feel nourishing instead of punishing.

Nat!That same intention is showing up in the kitchen too. I'm mixing things up, trying new recipes, keeping it simple and enjoyable.

Turkey lettuce wraps were on the menu this week - light, satisfying, and surprisingly delicious.

What I'm noticing is this: when I choose to do things differently, even in small ways, everything starts to shift.

Most of the foundational changes are simple, practical, and accessible.
