Nor'easter could bring heavy snow, strong winds Sunday into Monday

Heads up! We’re tracking a nor’easter that could bring heavy snow (we’re talking a foot or more), and strong gusty winds (we’re talking 60mph) Sunday into Monday.

We’ve started the weekend with a few lingering snow showers and flurries around Greater Boston as an area of low pressure tracks away from New England. A few flurries could even develop this evening here and there as a trough swings by. Otherwise, we’ll see a lot of clouds on this Saturday. High temperatures will be in the mid 30s. Highs will remain in the mid 30s on Sunday under mostly cloudy skies.

Then, our attention turns to an impactful nor’easter that moves toward our area Sunday evening into Monday.
