I’ve helped over 1000 people lose weight - and here’s what I've learned…

Most people don't have a 'knowledge issue' A.

You know what you should be doing:

  • eating more fruit, veg, and protein

  • working out a few days per week

  • not giving up after one bad day

But knowing what you should do and actually doing it are not the same.

Same reason I hire a coach to help me stay on track.

Human beings do better with a plan that adds accountability, community, and support for when things get tough.

Get specific.

'start eating healthy' is a bullshit goal.

You need to go one step further to succeed. Getting groceries delivered. Pre-logging what you'll eat next week. Prepping your food.

Quit talking about the thing.

Start being about it.

btw: I'm opening doors to our group coaching program - HQ - to just 10 people over the coming few days.... It's inexpensive, and you'll get a clear plan to follow for a leaner, stronger body.

If you want first dibs, reply to this email with 'HQ' and I'll send the details
