In a preview of an interview with Gilbert on “Good Morning America,” Gilbert said the past few months have been “the most traumatizing experience of our lives.”

Ex-Turnstile guitarist accused of attempted murder of singer's dad in Maryland

A former guitarist for Grammy-winning Baltimore band Turnstile is charged with attempted murder for allegedly intentionally hitting the singer’s father with a car.

Founding members of Turnstile Brady Ebert and Brendan Yates grew up about a block away from each other in the Burtonsville area of Montgomery County, Maryland.

“Emotions run high, because, you know, it’s a very emotional thing,” said John Simson, an entertainment lawyer, former manager, and program director of the music and entertainment major at American University.

Judge dismisses most claims in Blake Lively's lawsuit against Justin Baldoni

A federal judge on Thursday dismissed most claims in Blake Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit against her “It Ends With Us” director and co-star Justin Baldoni, according to a court ruling.

In a 152-page ruling, Judge Lewis J. Liman tossed out 10 of Lively’s 13 claims against Baldoni, including harassment, defamation and conspiracy. But the judge allowed three other claims to proceed to a trial scheduled to begin in May: breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting in retaliation.

Lively’s lawyers said their client was “kissed, nuzzled and touched” without her consent. Baldoni was “consistently inappropriate” and crossed “boundaries” on set, Lively’s lawyers argued.
