As part of the ongoing Lacey Woods Park renovation, the playground will be temporarily closed beginning April 20 to allow crews to complete a key phase of construction. Signs will be posted onsite to help ensure community awareness.
This work is expected to take approximately one month (weather depending). A follow-up message will be sent when the playground is reopened. For the latest updates on playground status and construction progress, please check the project page before visiting, and sign up for email updates to be proactively notified of openings and closures.

Note: The athletic field will remain open throughout construction, with field access maintained from Washington Boulevard.
