It’s Monday night.

You’ve probably said “I’ll start Monday” more times than you can count. And most of those Mondays looked exactly like the one before.

But here’s what I’ve noticed after working with thousands of people on procrastination:

The ones who actually changed didn’t wait for the “perfect” Monday. They picked ONE Monday and made it different. Not dramatically different. Just… slightly different.

Here’s what that looks like:

TONIGHT (before bed):

— Open TodayIsTheDay for 2 minutes

— Set one task for tomorrow. Just one.

— Put your phone on the charger away from your bed

TOMORROW MORNING:

— When the alarm goes off, don’t open social media

— Open the app instead

— Do the one thing you set last night

THIS WEEK:

— Repeat for 3 days. That’s it. Not 7. Just 3.

That’s the whole plan.

No dramatic overhaul. No “new me” declaration. Just one Monday that’s 5% different from the last one.

The people who build momentum don’t start with motivation. They start with a plan so small it feels almost too easy.

If you want that plan built for you — with daily structure, accountability, and the behavioral science that actually works — TodayIsTheDay is 85% off right now.

→ I finally started

This offer won’t be here next Monday.
