If there’s anyone who knows how to build a glow—from the ground up—it’s Alison Victoria. As the powerhouse behind some of HGTV’s most captivating transformations, she’s made a name for herself turning overlooked spaces into stunning, story-driven homes. But these days, she’s expanding that same creative vision beyond design—and into beauty.
Inspired by her Greek heritage, Alison is bringing her signature warmth to skincare with her debut product, Greek Goddess Glow Drops, which are designed to deliver that lit-from-within radiance.
We sat down with the designer, producer, and now beauty founder to talk about why glow isn’t just about what you put on your skin—it’s about how you move, lead, and show up in your life.
You’ve worn so many hats—designer, developer, host, and now producer with your company, Briefly Gorgeous Productions. Which role challenges you the most creatively?
Producing, without question. When you’re producing, you’re not just responsible for the design or the camera moment; you’re responsible for the entire story. From concept to edit, you’re shaping how something lives in the world. That level of creative ownership, while keeping things authentic, is incredibly exciting, but it also pushes me the most. It forces me to think bigger than a room or a reveal. I’m building an entire narrative based on facts and zero fiction.
You were the first female host in HGTV’s Crashers franchise. How did that milestone shape the way you approach leadership in the design and TV worlds today?
At the time, I didn’t fully realize the significance of it; I was just trying to do the job really, really well. But looking back, it meant a lot. It taught me early on that sometimes you walk into rooms where you’re the only woman at the table, and instead of shrinking, you lead. That experience shaped the way I choose to show up. I believe in creating environments where talented women, and really anyone with something to contribute, feel empowered to speak up, take risks, and lead.
