Nobody else will tell you this, so I will.

Losing weight is actually pretty easy.

It’s follows the basic principles of human biology:

  1. Eat fewer calories than you burn each day

  2. Ramp up activity levels to expend more calories

  3. Choose mostly whole, minimally processed foods to stay full

  4. Do this consistently and the bodyweight will fall off you steadily

Straight up. That’s all there is to it. Nail those 4 and you'll see the scale drop week after week.

But there’s something else that nobody tells you.

There’s a difference between losing weight and getting the lean, defined body you want.

My fiancée Jaye is a perfect example of this.

She lost a crap ton of weight, but still wasn't thrilled about what she saw.

Losing over 40 pounds is no joke

Especially when you're 5'5.

Dropping weight like that is never an accident.

She followed all the typical weight loss advice:

  • Low calories
  • More activity
  • Feeling hungry

But it didn't give her that toned look you see above...

Losing weight definitely makes you smaller and skinner.

But building a kickass body isn't just about getting scrawny - you need muscle underneath there for that physique you're after.

It's not just for looks either... muscle future-proofs your body.

Building muscle is key to looking and feeling your best.

The reason Jaye has that body that so many women want is because she's spent time building muscle.

Same reason I can let my body fat % drift up a little higher and still look great. Muscle contours that fat, so you just look thick (not fat).

Losing weight is cool. But building a body that looks incredible, and lasts, is even cooler.

And that’s exactly what I’ll show you how to do in my 1:1 Coaching program.
