[NOTICE] PECOS AI Migration to CMS AWS Cloud, May 3th, 2026 - COMPLETE

CMS has successfully migrated the PECOS AI application from the on-prem environment to the CMS AWS Cloud earlier than expected, and is now live as of today, May 3rd, 2026. This migration does not involve any changes to the business logic of the application, ensuring a seamless transition for most users.
