The Sant’Agata Bolognese-based company continues its initiatives to promote diversity, equity and inclusion among its employees
Sant’Agata Bolognese, 4 May 2026 – May marks European Diversity Month, and for Automobili Lamborghini it is also an opportunity to reflect on a commitment that goes beyond a yearly observance and is translated every day into concrete policies and initiatives for the people who work at the company.
Douglas Arrighi Pereira, Chief People, Culture and Organization Officer of Automobili Lamborghini, said: “For us, diversity, equity and inclusion are values that are embedded in the way we work and framing our strategy. The recognition and engagement of our people, in addition to the external certifications obtained, reinforce that we are evolving in the right direction.”
Among the clearest signs of this journey is the renewal, in 2025, of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, issued by DNV and promoted by the Italian Government in implementation of Law 162/2021. The certification confirms compliance with the guidelines on gender equality and the measurement of specific KPIs in achieving related objectives.
