When you make a second PB&J sandwich, you don't wash the knife.
You don't put away the bread. You just spread another one.
Fat loss works the same way. You already have the knife dirty.
You're already tracking food, counting steps, managing hunger.
If you're doing all that anyway - why tiptoe around it for 20 extra weeks when you could just push a little harder and be done with it?
