MAY MEMBERSHIP MEETING - TONIGHT:

Please join us tonight for the March membership meeting.  Please register here.

TWAIN COMMUNITY NIGHT - TOMORROW:

The Twain PTA is excited to partner with the Mark Twain MS administration, teachers, and staff to welcome our school community to this annual event. Open to current students, new families, and rising 7th graders from our feeder elementary schools, it’s a fun, engaging evening for students and parents alike. The PTA would like to thank our Twain Community Night Event Sponsors, The Kingstowne Cat Clinic and Shoshanna Tanner.

The event will take place tomorrow, May 14th, from 6:00–8:00 PM. We are seeking volunteers to help sell spirit wear, run the raffle, and manage concessions. If you would like to volunteer, please sign up here.

STAFF APPRECIATION UPDATE - THANK YOU!

Thank you, Twain families and community, for your incredible support during Staff Appreciation Week!  Because of your generosity, we met our gift card goal and treated our amazing staff throughout the week. Staff especially enjoyed the delicious Chipotle lunch on Friday and truly felt appreciated by the Twain community. Thank you for helping us celebrate all those who support our students every day!

EDISON PHYSICAL NIGHT:

Attention rising 9th graders interested in playing high school sports!

Don’t miss this opportunity to complete your required sports physical for the upcoming school year while supporting the student-athletes of Thomas A. Edison High School.

This event is more than just a convenience for athletes — it is the Athletic Training Program’s primary fundraiser. Proceeds from the event help stock the athletic training room with essential supplies, including tape, bandages, rehabilitation equipment, and other resources that keep athletes safe, healthy, and ready to compete throughout the year.

By participating, athletes will:

  •     Complete their VHSL-required sports physical for the entire 2026–2027 school year
  •     Support the Athletic Training Program and the care provided to student-athletes every day
  •     Receive a convenient, low-cost physical before fall sports begin
