Bucky's Block Party Tomorrow!
May 15th - 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Enjoy music from DJ Bounce, dunk Mr. D'Amato, Mr. Johnson,
Ms. Goodchild or Mr. Bonneville for $1 a ball in the dunk tank, a dueling obstacle course, soccer darts and more. It's a fun event for everyone, so bring your friends and family!
Kids' wristbands are available for just $5.
Volunteer some time to make this event a great success!
This is not a drop off event, students must be accompanied
by parent or guardian.

Field Day!
Wednesday, June 3rd
Our annual Deer Park Field day will be here before you know it. We need parent support to make this fun day run safely and smoothly for everyone. Volunteers can pick a session to see your child participate.
Grades 3 - 6 will be 8:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
Grades K - 2 and Enhanced Autism will be 12:15 p.m. to 2:20 p.m.

2026-2027 Class Placement
The end of the year is quickly approaching and we are already looking ahead to next school year. At Deer Park ES, your child’s academic success is our top priority. To determine the appropriate educational environment for your child for the 2026-2027 school year, we invite you to share information regarding your child’s needs.
List your child’s academic strengths and areas for growth or describe the type of discipline and/or reinforcement that works best for your child. You may also want to include your child’s learning style (visual, audio, tactile) and characteristics of the classroom structure or teacher personality that you feel will meet your child’s needs.
Your input is appreciated. Every effort will be made to place your child in the environment you request, but please keep in mind that not all requests can be granted. In addition, we are unable to honor specific teacher requests.

Community Peer Playdate
Welcome to our Community Peer Playdate for the 2026–27 school year!
Peers in the community who are age 3-4 are invited to join us on June 10th from 1:30–2:30 PM for a fun and engaging time to connect, play, and build friendships.
