Drake drops ‘Iceman' and two surprise albums — and reignites Kendrick Lamar feud

 Drake has returned as the “Iceman.” And the stakes couldn’t be higher.

The Canadian rapper released his ninth studio album Friday alongside two additional surprise projects, “Habibti” and “Maid of Honour.” In all, the “Hotline Bling” rapper released 43 songs.

The releases are his first since his very public feud with Kendrick Lamar.

Shakira and Burna Boy release official 2026 FIFA World Cup Anthem, ‘Dai Dai'

The World Cup — officially — has an official song. Shakira and Nigerian singer-songwriter Burna Boy have teamed up to release “Dai Dai,” FIFA said in a statement Friday.

“Dai Dai brings together the global sounds and energy of Shakira and Burna Boy in a vibrant celebration of football, culture and unity,” FIFA said.

“Dai dai” is an Italian expression that means “come on” or “go, go,” and is often used to encourage someone someone to push forward. The multilingual chorus “Dai dai, Ikó, dale, allez, let’s go!,” captures the global spirit that defines the World Cup.

Dylan Sprouse and wife Barbara Palvin expecting first baby

Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin are going to be parents!

The former “Suite Life of Zack and Cody” star, 33, and his model wife, 32, announced they are expecting their first child together on Instagram May 14.

The couple uploaded a joint post that included a sonogram image of a baby’s hand cutely making a “rock on” symbol. A second image showed Dylan Sprouse and Palvin’s hands jokingly making the same gesture.

NFL teams tapped into their creativity Thursday night while rolling out a variety of takes revealing their schedules for this season with a mixture of art, video games, movie references and yes, even “The Simpsons.”

They also made sure to poke plenty of fun at upcoming opponents, themselves and offseason flubs.

The Indianapolis Colts pointed the finger at themselves in their Simpsons’ cartoon. First, they referenced the long drought since their last win in Jacksonville along with Homer Simpson disappearing into the hedge for the team’s road game against the Jaguars.

Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Chaka Khan and Vince Gill songs enter national registry

Albums and songs from Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Chaka Khan and The Go-Go’s are joining America’s audio canon.

The new inductees into the National Recording Registry at the Library of Congress include Swift’s blockbuster 2014 pop album “1989,” Beyoncé’s era-defining 2008 anthem “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It),” Khan’s genre-blending hit “I Feel for You,” Vince Gill’s emotional ballad “Go Rest High on That Mountain” and The Go-Go’s groundbreaking debut album “Beauty and the Beat.”

They were among the 25 recordings entering the archive in the class of 2026, acting Librarian of Congress Robert Newlen announced Thursday. The selections were chosen for their “cultural, historical or aesthetic importance in the nation’s recorded sound heritage.”
