Yes, I saw the draft itinerary for the conference. It looks comprehensive, though I think we should block out an extra hour on day two for the workshop setup. The venue coordinator confirmed the main hall will be ready by 8 AM. I will bring the printed signage and the badge holders. Let me know if you need me to coordinate with the AV team directly. I can also handle the catering confirmation call next week. Please send over the final guest list when you have a moment so I can cross-check the meal preferences.

I tried the new bistro on 5th Avenue last evening. The tasting menu was quite inventive, especially the mushroom course with the smoked egg yolk. The wine pairing included a nice varietal from the Willamette Valley that I hadn't tried before. We sat near the back patio, which had a nice relaxed atmosphere despite the street noise. I would suggest making a reservation for the weekend if you plan to go. The chef mentioned they will be changing the menu again next month to incorporate seasonal produce. Let me know if you want to join next time we go.
