Recall of NOMIC (U021AA00) and ERGONOMIC (U022AA00) ice axes
Dear customer,
We have learned about several cases of NOMIC and ERGONOMIC ice axes breaking at the handle, which could pose a risk of serious injury or death.
For this reason, we ask that you immediately stop using the ice axes affected by this recall. Please follow the instructions below to find out if your ice axe is affected and, if so, to obtain a replacement shaft for your ice axe:
