I finally got around to organizing the garage last weekend and it feels amazing. Found all kinds of things I forgot we had, including that old camping stove that just needed a good cleaning. The shelves are actually usable now and I can park both cars inside for the first time in years. I used a simple label maker to mark the bins so we can actually find things when we need them. Took about six hours total but I spread it over Saturday and Sunday so it didn't feel overwhelming. My neighbor saw me working and offered to help with the heavy lifting which was really nice. We ended up having a good chat while we sorted through boxes of holiday decorations and old sports equipment. CCo36IEId5 I still need to go through the tool bench area but that's a project for another weekend. Overall I'm just happy the space is functional again and doesn't give me anxiety every time I open the door. If you've been meaning to tackle something similar I'd say just start with one corner and see how it feels. Once you see progress it motivates you to keep going.

That documentary we watched last night was way more interesting than I expected. I thought it might be slow but the storytelling kept me engaged the whole time. The cinematography was beautiful especially the aerial shots of the coastline. I learned a lot about the migration patterns and how the local communities have adapted over the years. Some of the interviews were really touching especially the older gentleman who talked about how things have changed since he was a kid. We paused it a few times to look up more information about the locations they were showing. I'm thinking of reading the book that was mentioned in the credits since it probably goes even deeper into the subject. Let me know if you come across anything else in that series because I'd definitely watch more. The soundtrack was really well done too, very atmospheric without being distracting. Overall a solid recommendation and I appreciate you suggesting it. I'll pass it along to a few others who I think would enjoy it as well.
