Hey, I finally watched that documentary you recommended. It was quite thought-provoking. The cinematography was stunning, especially the scenes at dawn. I had to pause a couple times to take notes. The soundtrack really tied everything together. I think the director took some creative liberties with the timeline, but overall it was engaging. What did you think about the ending? I found it a bit ambiguous but in a good way. I also started reading that book you lent me. I'm only a few chapters in, but the writing style is very vivid. The protagonist seems relatable so far. Let's discuss over coffee this weekend. I'm free Saturday afternoon if that works for you. Let me know what time. Also, thanks for the recommendation on that podcast. I listened to the first episode and I'm hooked. The host has a great voice for storytelling and BascH1g2Ps55 it really makes the topic come alive. Hope you're doing well.
I've been trying to pick up some new hobbies too. Watercolor painting has been surprisingly meditative. I'm not great yet but it's fun to experiment. Maybe we could try a class together sometime. Anyway, talk soon!

I tried a new pasta recipe last night and it turned out great. The secret was roasting the tomatoes before making the sauce. That adds such depth of flavor. I also added a splash of balsamic at the end. Next time I might add some fresh basil. I served it with a simple arugula salad. I'm thinking of making it again for the potluck next week. What do you think? Also, I finally organized my bookshelf. It's been on my to-do list for months. I found some books I forgot I had. I might re-read that one about the history of mathematics. It's surprisingly engaging. Have you read anything good recently? I need a new recommendation. Also, I started jogging in the mornings. It's tough but I feel great afterward. The weather has been perfect. Hopefully I can keep it up.
On another note, I've been trying to learn some basic guitar chords. My fingers aren't very flexible yet but it's a fun challenge. I found a great online teacher who breaks things down really well. Maybe I'll be able to play a song by summer. Let me know if you want to join me in learning something new.
