Hello friends! It's Friday Faves!

Simple dinners (and lunches) are the key to me enjoying more time outside during summer, hanging with family and friends, and taking more time for myself instead of more time making meals.

Don't get me wrong, I will happily cook a full spread of bbq baby back ribs, potato salad, pasta salad, and baked beans whenever the summer occasion arises.

But for quick eats, a bowl of udon in miso broth with shiitake mushrooms and my favorite crispy tofu totally hits the spot in mere minutes. Slurp-alurpa, good.
