This week, our students took center stage during the Riverside Variety Show. We were amazed by the incredible talent, courage, and creativity displayed by our performers. Whether singing, dancing, playing an instrument, telling jokes, or demonstrating magic skills, each student who participated showed confidence and a willingness to share a part of themselves with our school community. Thank you to Ms. Blashford and Mr. Whelan-Morin, music teachers, who helped make this event possible and to our students for entertaining and inspiring us.

We also enjoyed one of the most anticipated events of the year, Field Day! Our students spent the day participating in friendly competition, team-building activities, and lots of fun in the sun. Field Day is a wonderful reminder that learning extends beyond the classroom and that collaboration, sportsmanship, perseverance, and joy are important parts of a well-rounded educational experience. A special thank you to Mr. Davis, Mr. Fernandez, our staff, sixth grade volunteers, and parents for creating such a memorable day for our students.

Another highlight of the week was celebrating our youngest learners during Prekindergarten Graduation. Over the course of the year, they have grown academically, socially, and emotionally, building the foundational skills that will prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. We are so proud of their accomplishments and grateful to our Ms. Shroff and Mrs. Finkhousen, our PreK teachers, for supporting them every step of the way.

As we enter the final three days of the school year, I encourage all students to continue giving their best effort, demonstrating kindness, and making the most of every opportunity. The finish line is in sight, but there is still important learning, growth, and celebration ahead.
