Hey, I was actually thinking about the same thing. We should definitely set up a time to catch up properly. It feels like it's been ages since we last hung out. I've been pretty swamped with work and some projects around the house, but things are starting to settle down a bit. Let me know what days work best for you next week. I'm free most evenings after seven, except maybe Wednesday. Oh, and I finally got around to reorganizing the garage 3rGvC07Okq91q last weekend. It feels so much better to have everything in its place. I found some old photos from our trip a few years back, brought back a lot of good memories. Anyway, let's figure out a date to grab a coffee or something. Talk soon!

I just tried making pasta from scratch for the first time. It was a bit of a mess honestly, but the end result was pretty tasty. I used a simple recipe I found online, nothing too fancy, just flour, eggs, and a bit of olive oil. The kneading part was definitely a workout. I think I need a bit more practice to get the thickness right, but it's surprisingly satisfying. I'm thinking of trying a ravioli next. Have you ever made it before? Let me know if you have any tips. I figured it might be cooler to learn something new while the weather is still nice. It takes a while to get the feel for the dough, but once it comes together it is really rewarding.
