I think the best approach for the community garden would be to start with raised beds since the soil quality in that area isn't great. We could get the lumber from the home improvement center and assemble them over a weekend. I have done this before at the community center and it worked well. We would need about 12 volunteers to make it happen efficiently. Let me know if you want me to reach out to the gardening club for assistance with the planting schedule. I can also bring extra tools if needed.

The book club meeting schedule for next month should work if we stick with Tuesday evenings. I checked with the library and they have the conference room available on those dates. We should probably decide on the next three selections to give everyone enough time to read them. I was thinking we could rotate genres to keep things interesting. Some members suggested a mystery novel followed by a historical fiction piece. What do you think about that plan?
