almost saved it for morning, but my daily streak can't get broken. 


i had a call today with a guy who's lost 100 pounds.


he booked in because he's still not happy with his body.

he hit every number he set. and his brain just moved the line.


nobody tells you when you start: being lean is leaner than you think. 


you set a goal weight in your mind. 


then you get there, and "there" turns out to be a checkpoint, not the end.


he asked me on the call: should i bulk or keep cutting now?


the answer is neither. 


you keep peeling fat off and you build muscle as you go. 


it might take longer than you wanted. keep going anyway.
