My math teacher sucked.

He explained algebra the same exact same way ten times.

If you're reading this, Mr. Hall...

I didn't get it the first 7 times, buckwheat.

Anyway - I figured I was just bad at math.

Wrong.

The way it was taught didn't work for me. There's a difference.

Here's why I'm telling you this.

I see the same thing with folks who want to lose weight and get in shape.

You've "started over on Monday" so many times that somewhere along the way you stopped believing you can get in shape at all.

I've lost OVER 50 pounds TWICE.

The first time was brutal. Keto, fasting, starving, running myself into the ground - and I gained it all back.

Then I read every article online that told me that's just how it goes.

It was years later when I finally learned how fat loss works that I figured out the problem was never my body.

It was what I was trying that sucked.

If you're in that 'messy middle' where you've tried a bunch but nothing has worked...

Keep going.

Talk soon,
Matteo
