New Comprehensive Plan Amendment – PA-2026-III-UP2 (Reston Crescent)
On May 5, 2026, the Board of Supervisors authorized the consideration of a Comprehensive Plan amendment for 1513 and 1531 Cameron Crescent Drive (Tax Map Parcel 17-2 ((16)) 1A and 17-2 ((14)) (01) 2G) in the Hunter Mill Planning District for the subject property. The adopted Plan for this area designates high and medium density residential uses as the base recommendation, and without consolidation this Land Unit may be redeveloped with up to 750 multifamily units and 2,000 square feet of non-residential space. The Board requested that staff evaluate an increase in the non-residential use from 2,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft for public facility use.
