[ALERT] Availability of PECOS PI and Pay.gov in the Production Environment, 7/10/26

Be advised that Pay.gov is currently experiencing an outage this afternoon, 7/10/26. PECOS PI users will not be able to access Pay.gov at this time. Please note that all other PECOS workflows are functioning. A follow up notification will be sent once Pay.gov has returned to normal operations.
