Dear Wildcat Families,
The start of the fall sports season is almost here, and we are excited to welcome our student-athletes back for another great year at Centreville High School!
Before participating in tryouts, all students must complete their athletic registration through FinalForms. Our school has transitioned to this new registration platform, and families should have already received information on how to create an account and complete the required forms. You will receive a separate email that contains instructions to assist with registration.
Please make sure all required documents and signatures are submitted in FinalForms prior to the first day of tryouts. Student-athletes who have not completed the registration process will not be permitted to participate until all requirements have been met. If you are having trouble with registration, please see the Parent Playbook that is attached.

All sports will conduct a three-day tryout process. Student-athletes are expected to attend all three days of tryouts to allow coaches the opportunity to fully evaluate each participant. Attendance at all sessions is strongly encouraged unless prior arrangements have been made with the head coach.
We encourage families to complete the registration process as soon as possible to avoid any delays in participation.
