Due to ongoing fires in the area, the Ely Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is closed Wednesday July 15 – Monday July 20.
If you need emergency medications, call 612-467-1100. If you experience a medical emergency during this closure, proceed to the nearest emergency room immediately. Call the VA notification hotline at 844-724-7842 within 72 hours of an emergency room visit.
