That quiet voice saying you are not good enough? That is impostor syndrome (aka: fear), and it keeps more talented designers paralyzed than a lack of skill ever does.

The good news is that confidence follows action. Start with these three moves this month:

• Niche down. Pick one industry you want to serve and say it in your bio.
• Show up. Post 1-3 designs showing how you solved a business problem in that niche.
• Build relationships. Message 5-10 businesses in your niche and offer a free strategy call.

The platform you chose doesn't matter as much, what matters is the relationship you build with your prospects.

And if fear's stopping you: name the fear, then move anyway. Let your fear of regret be bigger than your fear of failure.
