We could use your help in our investigation of Colorado's largest nursing home chains.

We're focusing on homes owned by Ensign Group, Life Care Centers of America and PACS Group, which together count for one-third of all beds in the state. We'd like to hear about your experiences – good or bad – in their homes, especially when it comes to getting timely care day-to-day and preventing bad outcomes such as pressure sores.

To participate, fill out our form here. We've included links to the homes owned by each of the three chains, if you aren't sure who owns the facility your family uses. Thanks for your insights!
