It's Thursday. July 30th.

July is done in two days. And I want to be straight with you about what August actually is.

August is the year's last quiet month. No major holidays. No school runs. No September deadlines, no Q4 panic. Just 31 unclaimed days before the busiest stretch of the year begins.

I know July wasn't perfect. Maybe you started strong and faded. Maybe you never really started. Either way — it stays in July.

But clean slates don't stay clean on their own. Nobody drifts into a different August. You decide before the month starts — or the month decides for you.

Here's the decision, made small:

FRIDAY (Jul 31): Write down ONE habit for August. Under 15 minutes a day.

SATURDAY (Aug 1): Day one. Not "week one." Day one.

BY AUGUST 9: One full week of proof — while the fresh-start energy is still doing half the work.

TodayIsTheDay is the system that carries it past week one: daily structure, a streak you can see, no motivation required.

85% off — start August right.
