Important Dates:
Hello, amazing Cardinal families! We hope your summer is still going strong with sunshine, adventures, and plenty of fun as we sprint toward the start of an incredible 2026–2027 school year. The PTA is fired up and putting the finishing touches on our plans, and we cannot wait to share everything with you soon!
Before the back‑to‑school excitement kicks into full gear, we’ve got one last summer meetup: our Kindergarten Play Date on August 5 at the school playground. We’re thrilled to welcome our rising kindergarteners—our newest little Cardinals—and help them start building friendships before the first day.
Our PTA leaders will be ready and energized at Open House on August 20 with all the info families need for the year ahead: programs, events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to plug into our amazing community. We’re counting down the days until we’re all together again and ready to soar into a fantastic new year!
All kindergartners and their families are welcome to join us at two Kindergarten Playdates this summer at the Forestville Playground:
Saturday, July 18 from 9:00-10:30 am
Wednesday, August 5, from 9:00-10:30 am
Forestville Elementary PTA is actively seeking corporate sponsors for the upcoming school year. If your company—or one you know—would be interested in supporting our school community, we’d love to hear from you! Reach out to us at fundraising@forestvillepta.org
Sponsors will enjoy visibility through branded school swag, newsletters, and PTA-hosted events. It’s a great way to give back and connect with local families.

There is still time to register for this school year!
The Children’s Center for Language and Culture, Inc. (ChiCeLaCu!) in partnership with the Forestville ES PTA is pleased to offer the Spanish Program for its 16th consecutive year. ChiCeLaCu’s goal is to cement a strong language foundation, ultimately enabling students to become proficient Spanish speakers. This upcoming school year will feature a 3 day and NEW 5 days option.

One of Forestville's favorite traditions is just around the corner, and we're looking for volunteers to help make this year's Fall Carnival a success!
The Fall Carnival brings together our school and community for an evening of fun, games, and unforgettable memories. Whether you enjoy planning, organizing, creating, or simply lending a helping hand, we'd love to have you on the planning committee. No matter your experience level, there's a place for everyone to contribute.
If you're interested in helping shape one of our biggest community events of the year, please contact the PTA at president@forestvillepta.org or social@forestvillepta.org.
Together, we can make this year's Fall Carnival the best one yet!
