I called the team lead this morning to check on the room reservation for Thursday. I got her voicemail, so I left a message at 10:15. I asked if the conference room on the second floor is still booked from 2 to 3 PM. I also suggested that we could use the smaller room down the hall if that one fell through. I haven't heard back yet, but I plan to follow up again by email around noon tomorrow. I just want to confirm the location before I send out the agenda.
