I checked my calendar for next week and saw the team meeting is still set for Tuesday at 9 AM. That hour has been hard for me lately with the new school drop-off schedule. I asked Sam if we could shift it to 10:30 AM instead. He said that works fine for his block. I updated the invite this morning to reflect that change. We will keep it to 30 minutes like before. The location stays the same, room 204.

We changed the meeting time to 9:30 AM. I set my alarm 20 minutes earlier because of that. Last month we met at 10 AM and people talked about scheduling conflicts. I think the earlier slot is better for most of us. I'll send out a reminder on Thursday.
