Hi Henryk,
A tree does not spend its life trying to produce fruit.
It strengthens its roots.
It draws from the soil.
It receives what it needs.
It grows according to its nature.
And when the conditions are right, the fruit appears.
There is a teaching in this that applies far beyond nature.
Most people are reaching for the fruit of life.
They want more peace.
More clarity.
More energy.
More fulfillment.
A deeper sense of purpose.
A stronger connection with themselves.
But very little attention is given to the place these things grow from.
We keep reaching outward for what can only become sustainable when something deeper within us has been developed.
This is why a person can change their circumstances and still feel the same within themselves.
Why they can achieve something they wanted and soon begin looking for the next thing.
Why even beautiful experiences can pass quickly when there is no deeper place within us to receive them.
The fruit is visible. The root is not.
Yet the invisible part determines everything the visible part is capable of becoming.
This is one of the reasons I value meditation so deeply.
Proper meditation is not simply about creating a peaceful hour.
It is an opportunity to tend to the root of yourself.
Your awareness.
Your energy.
Your connection with your body.
Your relationship with your mind.
Your connection with your Essence.
These are not things the outside world can develop for you.
They must be cultivated from within.
Tomorrow at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, I will be guiding a live Saturday Meditation.
For one hour, I want to help you turn your attention away from constantly reaching for the fruit...
and return to the place within you that determines what your life is capable of producing.
Because when the root becomes stronger, you do not have to force every part of your life to change.
Different things begin to grow from you naturally.
Join me tomorrow.
Saturday August 22, 2026
An hour to turn inward, strengthen what is beneath the surface, and reconnect with what matters most.
The Superhuman Code Meditation → Save Your Quiet Space!
Most people look at life and ask, What more do I want?
But there is a deeper question worth asking:
What within me needs to become stronger so I can receive, create, and sustain more of what truly matters?
Strengthen the root, and life has something stronger to grow from.
Join me tomorrow and give yourself the opportunity to receive what becomes possible when you return to that deeper place within.
With warmth,
Herman
P.S. Nature never begins with the fruit. It begins where no one can see.
