Closing arguments in the Lindsay Clancy trial are likely to start in the coming days. Then, the decision will be in the hands of the jury.

Clancy doesn’t dispute that she killed her children before she tried to die by suicide on Jan. 24, 2023. Instead, the trial seeks to answer: Is she criminally responsible for the killings?

Her defense has argued she was mentally ill with postpartum psychosis, while the prosecution has accused her of “deliberately and meticulously” carrying out the murders.
