Good afternoon,

The property developer behind the nearly complete Atlassian headquarters building in Sydney is seeking a $300m equity injection from potential investors.

Soon-to-float technology company Firmus will make a newly-opened building in Melbourne’s east end its headquarters in the city.

Bathla Group tapped Indian nationals as well as Australian savers to fund its spiralling bills by convincing them to lend to the builder allegedly with the promise of high-interest returns.
