Lyft has partnered with Waymo to integrate self-driving rides into its platform, starting in Nashville, Tenn. Lyft is pushing to make its platform a "hybrid network" with human and robot drivers. Apple's new foldable iPhone Duo is equipped with extra screen space that could make mobile viewing less about simply watching bigger video and more about combining video with other information on a single screen, NewscastStudio suggests. A news video could run alongside a live blog, election results, weather radar, social feed or analysis, while sports coverage could pair live video with scores and statistics.

Collectibles are a game changer for GameStop
GameStop's second-quarter results show a major shift toward collectibles, which accounted for 45.1% of net sales, up from 33.3% for video games, making collectibles the company's largest revenue category. The company posted record Q2 operating income of $160.2 million and raised its full-year adjusted EBITDA outlook to more than $650 million.
